Mark “Monty” Ryan is the President of Noah Restoration and has been in the restoration business since 1997. He is a General Contractor, as well as a Licensed Mold Remediator and Assessor, and a Licensed Independent Adjuster. Mark has provided restoration services for 5000+ clients over the past 20+ years. He has also adjusted/appraised/umpired 1000+ claims over the last 15 years. Mark was a part of the restoration effort at the Pentagon in 2001 following the 9/11 attacks. He also served on the IAQA advisory board for creating the “Florida Mold Bill”, which lead to the subsequent regulation and licensing of Mold Assessors and Mold Remediators in Florida.
